A calm and contemporary tropical courtyard crafted for Mr. Jeffin James in Aluva — where modern geometry meets lush natural balance. The design emphasizes clean architectural lines softened with rich greenery, creating a soothing harmony between the home’s white façade and the vibrant textures of the landscape.

The garden showcases neatly edged lawn areas, accented bamboo clusters, and structured boundary hedges that lend rhythm and privacy. A stone-paved walkway, bordered with rustic red pebbles, connects different zones of the courtyard — blending functionality with timeless appeal. The visual transitions between grass, stone, and foliage create a refreshing sense of depth and tranquility.

Each planting choice — from Red Sealing Wax Palms and Heliconia varieties to compact Ficus hedges — is curated for form and foliage contrast, ensuring low maintenance while preserving tropical vibrancy throughout the year.
