A tropical minimalism–inspired landscape designed for Mr. Vijayan Pillai, blending clean architectural lines with natural textures of river pebbles, granite slabs, and lush foliage. The design focuses on a soothing palette of greens and earth tones, seamlessly connecting the indoor and outdoor spaces.
The entrance pathway features precisely aligned granite slabs bordered by white pebbles, creating a welcoming approach with a play of light and shadow. Around the residence, river pebble beds with structured stepping stones offer continuity and low-maintenance beauty, complemented by potted tropical foliage such as China Doll, Eugenia, and Aglaonema for year-round freshness.
The open courtyard and side-yard spaces are defined by lush green lawns and compact shrub borders, promoting a sense of calm and simplicity. Each visual frame—from the entrance to the inner courtyard—captures the harmony of stone, plant, and structure that reflects the essence of modern Kerala living.
