An elegant and refreshing landscape project executed for Clarion Hotel Khayal, Infopark, designed to complement the hotel’s modern architecture with clean geometry, vibrant greenery, and structured outdoor aesthetics. The design combines hospitality warmth with minimal maintenance solutions — creating a welcoming ambience for guests from the entrance to every balcony edge.

The outdoor design focuses on functional greenery that enhances both the building’s façade and its guest experience. Lush Areca palms, Schefflera, and Ficus bonsai are strategically placed across terraces and lobby zones to maintain visual balance while softening the strong architectural lines. The entrance area features manicured lawns, layered hedge beds, and tropical accent plants that frame the hotel signage and waterbody elegantly.

Each green element is chosen to thrive in Kerala’s tropical conditions, ensuring year-round vibrancy with minimal upkeep. The blend of planter boxes, in-ground beds, and rooftop gardens introduces a consistent rhythm of greenery across different elevations of the property.
